She is a highly qualified academic with a biomedical PhD and a long-standing career in the musculoskeletal (MSK) field via a long association with the Robert Jones & Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic NHS Hospital (RJAH) in Oswestry. WHO non-surgical guideline on low back pain
The World Health Organisation have recently published a new guideline for non-surgical management of chronic primary low back pain in adults in both primary and community care settings.
Recommendations include physical, (one) pharmacological and psychological interventions.
