NRAS invites healthcare professionals to exclusive webinars on supported self-management.

The National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society (NRAS) is pleased to announce two upcoming webinars designed to empower healthcare professionals with tools and insights for supported self-management in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA). These webinars will provide an overview of NRAS’s key services and resources, aimed at enhancing patient care and professional practice.

  • 7th July 2025, 1pm, hosted by Ailsa Bosworth, MBE

NRAS Live: What’s new in RA research?

Join the NRAS Live session on Wednesday 26th March 2025, for a live chat between founder of NRAS, Ailsa Bosworth, MBE and Professor Abhishek. Professor Abhishek will be speaking about research within the rheumatology space, specifically touching on areas such as treatment approaches, drug safety and vaccinations (Flu, RSV, COVID).

Exploring education pathways in MSK Medicine

Johnny Smith, SOMM’s Chair of Education, recently recorded a webinar with Katie Emmett from Physiquipe where they explored pathways in MSK Medicine. Johnny highlighted the ways in which SOMM ensures their content is current, evidence-based and how the approach has evolved over the years. It became apparent that there is synergy with SOMM and Physiquipe, and both parties are looking forward to further collaboration in the future, which will certainly benefit MSK education and services delivered.
