Following the ARMA elections, the AGM welcomed newly elected trustees Dale Webb, CEO of NASS, Ruth Sephton, consultant physiotherapist and Debbie Wilson, young persons’ project manager at NRAS. A full list of our Board is on our website.
At the Board meeting on 26 July 2022, Dirk Vennix was elected as chair and Chris Martey as vice-chair.
Newly elected Chair Dirk Vennix said “Having served on the Board in support of the finance and income generation groups over the last four years, I am honoured to have been chosen to lead the ARMA Board going forward. I am excited at the prospect of ARMA delivering even more activities which will support people living with MSK conditions on behalf of our members and associate members. Working closely with the vice-chair and CEO, I will aim to build on ARMA’s excellent plans which are aimed at addressing inequalities In MSK and making a difference to patients locally across the UK.”
Chris Martey said “I am delighted to be elected to this role as vice-chair and I am dedicated and committed to supporting the priorities of ARMA and advocating for best musculoskeletal health for all. The alliance has great momentum at present, with an excellent mix of member organisations and a wealth of experience on the Board. I am positive and excited about the impact ARMA will bring moving forward.”
