Nominations are now open for election to the ARMA Trustee Board. The deadline is Friday 23 May 2025.
Trustees are responsible for the governance, strategy and management of the charity. They contribute to the strategic development of the organisation and the delivery of its services, taking part in Board meetings and in other activities between meetings as required.
To stand for election, a candidate must be nominated by an ARMA member organisation with which they have a connection. We welcome people with either lived or learned experience of MSK. Staff and existing trustees are happy to discuss the role with anyone who wants to find out more.
What we are looking for:
We would welcome candidates with knowledge of any of the following:
- Lived experience
- Income generation
- Policy
- Children and young people
- Diversity and inclusion
Since our Treasurer needs to stand down at the end of the year we would also welcome nominations of anyone with the necessary skills who is willing to become Treasurer.
We are keen to encourage candidates with backgrounds which will increase the diversity of our board.
If you are interested, please contact us and ask for a nomination form. You will need to find an ARMA member organisation to nominate you and return your form by 23 May 2025.
