Menopause with IA JoinTogether Group

This online group runs 3–4 times a year on Zoom, generally in the evening, and offers a warm, supportive space for women to hear from expert speakers on menopause while navigating life with Inflammatory Arthritis.
NRAS is looking for a new volunteer host/meeting facilitator to help shape and run these sessions. The role includes identifying interesting and relevant topics, liaising with potential speakers, introducing expert speakers during the meeting and guiding the Q&A.

The ideal volunteer will:
•    Have a genuine interest in menopause in relation to IA
•    Feel confident using Zoom and managing basic meeting functions
•    Be comfortable speaking in front of a group and introducing speakers
•    Have good organisational skills to help plan topics and coordinate session details
•    Be friendly, welcoming and able to create a supportive atmosphere
•    Be attentive and able to manage questions or comments in the chat
•    Be reliable and able to commit to the group’s 3–4 sessions per year

If this sounds like a role you’d enjoy, please complete the application form here.
