Thinking Differently conference terms and conditions

ARMA will confirm, through Eventbrite, when we receive an online booking. One week prior to the event you will receive detailed event information. If you do not receive your event booking confirmation and detailed event information, please contact us at projects@arma.uk.net.

The purpose of the event is to enable multi-disciplinary conversations about good MSK practice. Participants are expected to behave in a professional manner which will encourage positive debate and learning and respect differences of perspective and views while attending this event.

ARMA will not be responsible for any expenses or other liabilities incurred as a result of attending the conference.

Materials given to participants during an event are the intellectual property of ARMA or the presenters and the contents cannot be used reproduced, in full or part, without our prior written consent.

If ARMA cancels or postpones the conference you will be offered a full refund or transfer of booking to the alternative date. However, we will not be responsible for any other related expenses incurred.

We are not able to offer refunds for cancellations arising from events outside of our control.

If you are no longer able to attend you can transfer the place to another person.

Limitation of liability

As far as legally permitted, ARMA will not be liable for breach of contract, negligence, consequential loss, or otherwise as a result of action taken or not taken on the basis of information or advice provided at the event.
