Healthy ageing research prioritisation survey

The Productive Healthy Ageing team at Public Health England are developing the research framework for healthy ageing and would like to invite you to take part in a survey to support this process. They will use the survey to identify the gaps in research on healthy ageing and to produce a list of the highest priority research questions to influence future research proposals.

The survey is designed to reflect the four themes of the Productive Healthy Ageing programme – Healthy Behaviours, Financial Security, Independence and Place, and Meaning and Purpose. They have included questions to help guide your thinking but responses should not necessarily be limited to these.

The team are using a Delphi process, which involves a group of experts commenting on a series of defined questions through a series of consultations and the aim of which is to achieve, or at least approach, consensus. The results will be considered at the next meeting of PHE’s Productive Healthy Ageing and Dementia Academic Sub-Group and a summary of the results will be shared with all those who participate in the survey.

Please complete the survey before Wednesday 18 March 2020.
