Supporting healthy behaviours

Ensuring MSK is in the new ten year plan

We asked what support would help people to make progress on inequalities. The list included funding, time, more joined up services, understanding of the local population and management support. One that came up a number of times was knowing how to have conversations about physical activity and weight management whilst still having a therapeutic relationship.

Thank you to everyone who took part in Bone and Joint Week this year and joined us in calling for prioritisation of more person-centred and joined-up MSK services.
All at ARMA appreciate the support the campaign received across social media, collectively sharing the #JoinedUpForJoints message and helping to raise profile of the campaign and the overarching MSK inequalities focus of the week.

It was also great to see and support the campaigns of so many ARMA members across the 10-day period.
