 STRETCH FOR NASS

Also new for World Arthritis Day is the Stretch for NASS campaign where more than 30 NASS branches throughout the UK will be stretching the Move to Improve theme by ‘Stretching for NASS’ on or around 12 October 2011. Stretch for NASS promotes the importance of exercise in the treatment for AS, celebrates the work of all the NASS branches that have been providing regular hydrotherapy and physiotherapy ses-sions for people with AS for many years and raises awareness for AS in our local communi-ties.
